The path to a healthy baby can be filled with challenges. Our Rainbow Connection program is dedicated to providing support during these difficult times.

We offer a complimentary, in-office scan to families in two situations:

• For a life-limiting diagnosis: We provide an ultrasound scan at no cost, offering a special time to connect with your baby.

• For a recent miscarriage: We offer your first ultrasound scan with us for free, as you begin your journey toward a Rainbow Baby.

To apply for a Rainbow Connection session, please complete the form below. We also ask that you upload a photo of your most recent diagnosis for this pregnancy.

You will receive an email with our decision and more information upon approval. please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
